Therapy that sees your whole body, not just your thoughts

Holistic therapy for hormones, nervous system healing, and chronic illness support

You have probably been told your symptoms are stress. Or anxiety. Or that your labs are normal so everything must be fine. You leave appointments feeling dismissed, unheard, and no closer to understanding what is actually happening in your body.

Your body is not the problem. And you are not making it up

Who finds their way here

Most women who find this page are carrying more than one thing at once. They are navigating hormonal shifts, chronic pain, or a diagnosis like endometriosis or interstitial cystitis — while also dealing with anxiety, survival patterns, or the emotional weight of never feeling fully believed.

They have tried the medical route. They have googled everything. They are exhausted from advocating for themselves in rooms where they feel invisible.

If that is you, you are in the right place.

What integrative women's health therapy addresses

This is not talk therapy alone. Our work draws on multiple modalities to support your whole self — your body, your nervous system, your hormones, and your emotional health.

Hormonal health and mood

Understanding how hormone fluctuations — including those tied to your cycle, perimenopause, or endometriosis — affect your mental health and nervous system.

Nervous system healing

Somatic and attachment-informed approaches to help your body release survival patterns, chronic tension, and the hypervigilance that comes from years of pushing through pain.

Ayurvedic and nutritional education

Integrative education on food, lifestyle, and Ayurvedic principles — always alongside your medical team, never instead of them.

Endometriosis and chronic illness

Therapeutic support for grief, identity shifts, and emotional exhaustion. You will not be told it is just in your head here.

Somatic and body-based healing

Releasing what talk alone cannot reach through breath, movement, and somatic awareness.

Grief and loss

Support for the grief that comes with chronic illness, reproductive health challenges, and the life you imagined before your body changed everything.

Why I work in this space

I did not come to integrative women's health therapy through a textbook.

I live with endometriosis and interstitial cystitis. I know what it feels like to sit in a doctor's office and be told your pain is manageable when it is not. I know the grief of a body that does not behave the way you need it to. I know the exhaustion of researching, advocating, and trying to hold everything together while your body is working against you.

That lived experience is why I pursued training beyond traditional therapy. I hold certifications in somatic therapy, yoga teaching, Ayurvedic principles, and soon integrative mental health — not because I wanted more letters after my name, but because I needed tools that actually met women where they are.

I bring all of that into our work together.

What this looks like in sessions

Integrative women's health support is woven into your therapy sessions — not offered as a separate service. Depending on what you bring, we might explore the connection between your hormonal cycle and your anxiety, use somatic practices to support your nervous system, or discuss nutritional and lifestyle approaches that complement your medical care.

You will always be encouraged to work alongside your medical team. This is integrative support, not a replacement for medical treatment.

Who this is for

This work may be a good fit if you:

  • Are navigating endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, PCOS, or other hormonal or chronic conditions

  • Feel dismissed by the medical system and want a therapist who actually understands

  • Are experiencing anxiety, depression, or emotional exhaustion connected to chronic illness

  • Want therapy that considers your whole body, not just your thoughts

  • Are interested in somatic, Ayurvedic, or integrative approaches alongside traditional therapy

  • Are healing from family of origin trauma or narcissistic relationships while also managing a chronic condition

You deserve care that sees all of you. Not just the part that shows up on a lab report.
